Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Voxa you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Voxa is a voice-first productivity application that transcribes voice recordings, extracts tasks and calendar events using AI, and organises them in a unified workspace. The service is provided on a freemium basis with paid plans that unlock additional features.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Voxa.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

You agree not to:

• Use Voxa for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Record conversations of others without their consent (where required by law).
• Upload content that is harmful, abusive, or infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
• Use the service to train AI models or resell its outputs without permission.

Free accounts are subject to usage limits (10 voice notes per month). Paid plans (Pro, Pro+) are billed monthly. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically; you may cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

You retain full ownership of the voice recordings, transcriptions, notes, tasks, and events you create in Voxa. By using the service you grant Voxa a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

AI summaries, task extractions, and assistant responses are generated automatically and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before acting on it. Voxa makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of AI outputs.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or in response to unforeseen events. We will not be liable for any loss resulting from service downtime.

You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Voxa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voxa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
